As a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator, you thrive on variety and embrace challenges with enthusiasm. Acting as a jack of all trades, you take on diverse responsibilities within the marketing and events space, keeping each day fresh and exciting. You excel at implementing basic design changes, offering your creative perspective to support the marketing team.

On the ground, you coordinate events seamlessly, managing all logistics from administration to physical setup, ensuring each event creates a real impact. With a keen focus on inclusivity, you design and execute culturally diverse events that resonate with all audiences, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment. Your ability to navigate and integrate various cultural perspectives ensures that every detail reflects a deep respect for diversity, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and manage campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives.
  • Produce engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style throughout.
  • Organise and oversee marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and communication to ensure smooth and successful execution.

 

  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data insights to create reports that guide strategic decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivered within deadlines, while building strong relationships with external stakeholders and vendors.
