Detailed Job Description:

  • $50 per hour + super | 6-month contract with an immediate start
  • Leading management consultancy
  • Sydney CBD | Fully in office

What is unique about you?

  • You have previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Team Assistant, Practice Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • You’re a natural organiser who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts and keeping busy teams on track
  • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to juggle competing priorities with ease
  • You’re confident building relationships across all levels and happy being the go-to person for the team
  • You have strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and team schedules across the legal function
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute legal and business documentation
  • Keep matters, files, reporting, and team administration running efficiently behind the scenes

 

  • Coordinate team meetings, events, onboarding, and wider operational activities
  • Provide proactive day-to-day support to the legal team, anticipating needs before they arise
