Detailed Job Description:

  • $105,000 + Superannuation | Sydney CBD
  • Work independently and cooperatively with the senior management team

You are hungry for knowledge and looking to step up and gain invaluable experience working as an Executive Assistant, you will be able to jump right in!  You have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of compliance, legislative and procedural organisational requirements. Proven organisational skills and effective planning abilities are crucial to meeting competing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. Collaboration is your middle name! With your confident approach and outstanding interpersonal skills, you can manage demands and expectations from a vast range of internal and external stakeholders with ease. You have proven written communication skills and can communicate on behalf of your Executive with ease. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are a given. Diving headfirst into this role, you will quickly learn and understand the workings of the organisation, policies, and practices to anticipate emerging issues and proactively determine priorities for the Chief Executive Officer.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Proactively manage an extensive diary and inbox, including the scheduling of all appointments, client meetings and correspondence
  • Oversee agenda preparation and meeting materials alongside the setup of any technical aspects such as video conference and dial in connections as required
  • Support the team with reporting and analytics, CRM maintenance and general ad hoc administrative duties as required

 

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, expenses and invoices and distribute as required ensuring information is tracked and adhering to organisation policy
  • Perform roles and responsibilities according to statutory obligations, organisational values, and policies to support the company’s mission and vision
