Detailed Job Description:

  • $40 per hour + Superannuation + access to company benefits!

This esteemed organisation is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join its dynamic HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based at the Head Office, you’ll be part of a facility committed to providing life-changing care, treatment, and research. As an integral member of the collaborative and supportive team, you’ll experience a hands-on approach to business. Joining the HR Director and their small team, you’ll play a key role in contributing to the day-to-day success of the HR Department and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage employee relations effectively is crucial. With empathy and professionalism, you effortlessly build rapport and foster a positive work environment.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, and support the resolution of employee issues and concerns to maintain a positive workplace environment
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assist in preparing HR reports related to metrics such as turnover rates and training activities
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and paperwork completio

 

  • Assist in organising and coordinating training sessions and development programs, track employee participation, and gather feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle the preparation and processing of HR documents such as employment contracts and termination paperwork
