Detailed Job Description:

  • $60 – $70 per Hour + Superannuation
  • A fantastic 12-week temp contract in Sydney CBD with potential to go permanent

A snapshot of your role…

  • Partner with leadership to develop and align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organisational success and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across all departments.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations matters by conducting thorough investigations and resolving grievances. Employ a fair and impartial approach to mediate disputes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organisational policies.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives by providing expert guidance, facilitating communication, and ensuring that employees are engaged and supported throughout transitions.

 

  • Identify key talent development opportunities within the organisation, implementing training and mentorship programmes that support employees’ career growth and enhance team performance.
  • Complete general administrative tasks including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with the preparation of HR documentation to ensure smooth operations.
