Detailed Job Description:

  • $80,000 + Superannuation + excellent compensations & benefits

  • Execute and communicate all annual processes, including performance and remuneration reviews, promotions and engagement survey’s

What is unique about you?

To be successful in this role, you will have a well-rounded knowledge of key HR business functions. Utilise your understanding of implementing processes and tailoring these strategies to align with the company and the long term goals. You can easily develop and manage key stakeholder relationships whilst working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can use your personable and approachable nature across all interactions. Multitasking and working on various projects is where you come alive! This role operates within a  fast-paced environment that requires first-class organisation skills and a motivated, positive approach to deliver this company’s HR requirements.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage HR policies, people & culture functions and programs and assist the business through change as they continue to grow
  • Oversee all internal employee touchpoints, including but not limited to probations, performance reviews, conduct, grievances and complaints
  • Consolidation of fortnightly & monthly payroll

 

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding all new employees and ensuring a welcoming and supported induction

Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company and conduct research into increased employee engagement and retention strategies
