Detailed Job Description:

  • $35.00 – $40.00 per hour + Superannuation
  • Provide HR support whilst working remotely
  • Supported by a fun and friendly team, with equal drive and determination

A snapshot of your role….

  • Coordinating the recruitment process including drafting and uploading job ads, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks.
  • Proactively maintain internal databases with exceptional detail and accuracy, always displaying the upmost discretion with all confidential information you are exposed to
  • Preparing and sending new starter documentation and supporting with the onboarding process to ensure all compliance has been met

 

  • You will have a highly personable approach, effortlessly communicating across all written and verbal communications with confidence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating effectively
