Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation

As an innovative multi-tasker, you are ready to lay the foundations for new and exciting projects, make a difference to others within the workplace and initiate progression of unit goals in line with strategic initiatives.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including role evaluation, pool management, advertising channels, screening, and interview processes in conjunction with business goals
  • Build HR strategic plans and design the People & Culture Strategy, fostering an empowered corporate culture
  • Manage the onboarding and training and development processes by delivering engaging material, promoting the ethos of the brand, and establishing best practice benchmarks

 

  • Develop and maintain talent management processes, establishing performance management practices, compensation analysis and benefit reviews
  • Review and implement HR systems to improve productivity, accelerate innovation, and enhance morale to contribute to attaining business goals
