Detailed Job Description:

  • $110,000 + super
  • Boutique Family Office
  • Sydney CBD | Office-based

  • You have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator and are looking for a role with greater variety
  • You’re highly organised and naturally stay one step ahead, anticipating needs before they arise
  • You genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering exceptional support
  • You’re discreet, trustworthy and understand the importance of confidentiality
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling changing priorities with ease
  • You’re resourceful, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves, no matter the task

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage busy diaries, meetings, inboxes, and day-to-day executive administration
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and logistics
  • Support with personal administration, appointments, errands, and lifestyle coordination

 

  • Liaise with advisers, suppliers, and external stakeholders while building strong relationships
  • Assist with projects, investment administration, and the smooth running of the family office
