  • You’re have prior experience as a Team Assistant, Administrator, Coordinator, or Receptionist

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to two Managing Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and inbox assistance
  • Organise travel, client meetings, presentations, and team events while ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining accuracy and professionalism

 

  • Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with office coordination and ad hoc projects, gaining exposure to all aspects of a busy Executive Assistant role
