Detailed Job Description:

  • Immediate start 2-month temporary assignment
  • Busy, hands-on role

  • You have experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
  • You are confident stepping into a role quickly and adding immediate value

  • You manage competing priorities across busy diaries and inboxes with ease
  • You communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and clients
  • You are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
  • You remain calm under pressure and handle shifting priorities effectively
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide dedicated EA support to a Partner, managing a busy diary and inbox with competing priorities
  • Coordinate meetings and commitments end-to-end, ensuring the Partner is well prepared
  • Manage incoming communications, prioritising and responding on behalf of the Partner where appropriate

 

  • Track follow-ups, actions, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution and continuity
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the assignment
