  • Trusted right-hand to a senior Partner
  • Busy, hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations
  • Role with autonomy and ownership

  • You build credibility quickly with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • You are confident navigating systems, processes, and shifting priorities

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high-level executive support to a Partner, managing a busy diary and inbox with competing priorities
  • Coordinate meetings and commitments end-to-end, ensuring the Partner is fully prepared with relevant materials and briefing information
  • Manage communications on behalf of the Partner, acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients

 

  • Track actions and follow-ups across meetings and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support client engagement and travel coordination, delivering a seamless and professional experience at all touchpoints
