Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Detailed Job Description:

  • $95,000 + Superannuation + Bonus
  • Property Industry
  • Entrepreneurial vibe!

What makes this company unique?

If I was an EA, I would work at this company in a flash! If you are bright, driven and love being a great dynamic EA, this could be a great career move for you! The business, whilst well established is still growing, seeking new markets and opportunities. They are not ones to rest on their laurels or stand still waiting…instead they make things happen. What comes with that is a fast paced, ever changing environment. If the thought of working with an entrepreneur appeals to you, someone with ideas 24/7, drive and who is brimming with excitement, inspiration and energy- this is the role! This is a boutique professional property and investment business with high service standards. They are generous, giving, caring, fun and very team based.

What is unique about you?

You love being an EA and all that comes with it; ensuring your MD is super organised, that they ‘look good’ in their meeting, amply prepared, on point with research and always on time. You care about who you support and the business you work for- you have passion and loyalty. You understand the pressures at this level and roll with the punches and instead, know it’s your job to step up and be the best support at times of business stress!  You are polished and enjoy external stakeholder management and dealing with clients. Mostly though, you are suited to an environment that is exciting, ever changing and one that welcomes your ideas and contributions. If you want ‘more’ than the average EA position, the sky is the limit in this role and for this business!

A snapshot of your role….

  • Your day will start around 9 am and will have a consistent busy hum throughout
  • You will need great organisational, coordinating and juggling skills- a little like a conductor!
  • You must be good at delegating and managing task flow

  • Diary, calendar and emails actioned in a high service manner
  • Some internal events and external entertaining to be organised, restaurants, events etc
  • Of course, great attention to detail and strong MS Office

This role will not be available for long! Apply now!
