You are a proactive and highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will support the Managing Director across both professional and personal responsibilities. This position calls for someone with strong interpersonal intelligence and high maturity, as you’ll frequently engage with clients and even attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director. Confidentiality is paramount, and you’ll handle sensitive tasks that extend beyond office management, assisting with personal errands, overseeing business and personal accounts and taking the lead on projects which are key to the success of the business.
As the EA you’ll work as a true partner to the Managing Director, building a strong working relationship, staying attuned to their day-to-day responsibilities, holding them accountable to priorities, and embodying the culture and values of the business.
