This role immerses you in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with access to 1:1 coaching tailored to your development.

Based in the vibrant Sydney CBD, this hands-on role places you at the heart of business activity, just steps from major transport links and top clients. If you’re ready to bring your talents to a dynamic team that values your contributions, apply now to shape the future of leadership in Sydney!

What is unique about you?

You are a proactive and highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will support the Managing Director across both professional and personal responsibilities. With high attention to detail, you’ll oversee the little but impactful details—from keeping the reception and office presentable, to managing the Director’s inbox and calendar with precision, pre-empting needs, and ensuring every priority is accounted for. Your ability to handle each task with professionalism and pace will make a real difference in the business’s success.

This position calls for someone with strong interpersonal intelligence and high maturity, as you’ll frequently engage with clients and even attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director. Confidentiality is paramount, and you’ll handle sensitive tasks that extend beyond office management, assisting with personal errands, overseeing business and personal accounts and taking the lead on projects which are key to the success of the business.

As the EA you’ll work as a true partner to the Managing Director, building a strong working relationship, staying attuned to their day-to-day responsibilities, holding them accountable to priorities, and embodying the culture and values of the business. Success in this role requires resilience and adaptability. You’re comfortable with a direct approach and thrive on constructive feedback, tackling tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.

As someone who is engaged digitally, you have a tech savvy mindset and take control of new innovative IT solutions. You have strong digital skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as confidence in navigating digital platforms like Teams, Zoom, and AI tools. You can navigate social media platforms with ease and have a talent for writing engaging social media content. If you’re a dependable, solution-focused professional who values long-term relationships and has a natural aptitude for building strong supplier networks, we’d love to hear from you!

A snapshot of your role…

  • Seamlessly manage the Managing Director’s calendar and diary for all internal and external meetings, coordinating Teams/Zoom calls, in-office sessions, and bookings at top city venues.
  • Build meaningful client connections by scheduling follow-ups and ensuring the Managing Director is fully prepared, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Lead impactful projects for the business from start to finish, from the implementation of new IT software to large-scale event planning and coordinating media appearances, collaborating across teams to drive real change.

  • Craft and prepare high-level communications, including client newsletters, blogs, proposals, presentations, research, and reports to elevate client engagement and business development. Additionally write engaging social media content which is on brand with the businesses vision!
  • Oversee smooth office operations and vendor relationships, organising team celebrations, client functions, and memorable events with an eye for detail and excellence.
