  • $120,000 + super
  • Media industry
  • Sydney CBD | Full-time | Office-based

  • You communicate with warmth and professionalism, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • You’re proactive rather than reactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and make life easier for those around you

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the Managing Director’s complex diary, inbox, travel, and day-to-day priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, reports, and correspondence, while acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders
  • Support business projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and actions are followed through

 

  • Handle confidential information with discretion while anticipating the MD’s needs before they arise
  • Assist with office coordination and contribute to creating a well-run, positive workplace environment
