  • Sydney CBD | Full-time, office-based

  • You’re a highly organised administrator, Team Assistant, or Coordinator looking to step into your first Executive Assistant role
  • You genuinely enjoy being one step ahead and love bringing order to busy environments
  • You’re naturally proactive and don’t wait to be asked before jumping in to help
  • You communicate confidently and build strong relationships with people at every level
  • You take pride in producing high-quality work and have exceptional attention to detail
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and can confidently juggle changing priorities
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced executive and build a long-term career as an EA

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide day-to-day Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director, including diary, inbox, and travel management
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and professional correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, client events, and internal business activities from start to finish

 

  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Support with projects, office coordination, and business administration while developing your executive support skills
