Detailed Job Description:

  • Senior EA  to support a well known MD within a leading Sydney property business
  • Own a complex diary, inbox and travel schedule with full autonomy and confidence
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, supporting board-level meetings and key stakeholder engagement

  • You have proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally at Managing Director or C-suite level
  • You bring a strong background within property, professional services or similarly fast-paced industries
  • You excel in managing complex diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with ease
  • You are highly trusted with confidential information and act with sound judgement at all times
  • You have exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solutions focused approach
  • You communicate confidently and build strong, credible relationships
  • You are polished, professional and thrive in high-performing, fast paced environments

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high-level EA support to a senior Managing Director within a leading property business
  • Manage a complex diary, inbox and travel schedule with full ownership and autonomy
  • Coordinate board-level meetings, agendas and supporting documentation

 

  • Act as a key gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the MD is fully prepared, organised and supported across all commitments
