Detailed Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Managing Director.

  • You have proven experience supporting senior leaders, including C-suite or Managing Director level
  • You have a strong background in fast-paced, creative or media environments
  • You have exceptional diary and inbox management skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • You are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels
  • You are highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
  • You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative
  • You remain calm and composed under pressure, thriving in ever changing environments
  • You are professional, adaptable and available immediately for a 2-month assignment

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities
  • Oversee inbox management, including triaging, responding and flagging key communications

 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting preparation and stakeholder engagement
  • Support with presentations, reports and ad hoc projects as required
