Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Detailed Job Description:

  • Support a collaborative and highly respected leadership team
  • Broad position where no two days are the same
  • Sydney CBD office with a connected and people-focused culture

What makes this company unique?

  • A highly respected professional services firm with a reputation built on expertise, long-standing client relationships, and exceptional service
  • A genuinely collaborative leadership team that works closely together and values strong support to keep things running smoothly
  • A role that offers visibility across multiple areas of the business rather than supporting just one executive
  • A team-oriented culture where people enjoy coming into the office and working together
  • Leaders who are approachable, down-to-earth, and value initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • An opportunity to become the central point of coordination across a busy leadership function

What is unique about you?

  • You love being the person who keeps everything organised, coordinated, and moving forward
  • You enjoy supporting multiple stakeholders and can confidently juggle competing requests without dropping the ball
  • You’re highly adaptable and comfortable shifting gears as priorities change throughout the day
  • You’re naturally proactive and don’t wait to be asked before stepping in to help
  • You thrive on variety and enjoy being involved in everything from scheduling and events to projects and team coordination
  • You’re resourceful, practical, and known for finding solutions rather than focusing on problems

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide seamless support to the leadership team, coordinating schedules, meetings, and business priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Manage leadership team logistics including planning meetings, offsites, workshops, and internal events
  • Coordinate team communications, reporting deadlines, presentations, and business documentation to ensure information flows smoothly across the organisation

  • Act as a central point of contact across the business, helping connect people, manage requests, and keep initiatives on track
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the leadership function by identifying efficiencies, improving processes, and creating structure in a busy environment

This role will be placed quickly, don’t hesitate!
