• Around 40% of your role will focus on Learning & Development, giving you the opportunity to get involved in projects that have a real impact on employees across the business
• You’ll have plenty of variety in your day. Alongside executive support, you’ll help coordinate learning programs, events and wider People initiatives

• You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who loves building strong relationships and becoming a genuine right-hand support
• You enjoy being busy and naturally stay one step ahead without needing to be asked
• You’re just as happy organising a leadership meeting as you are helping coordinate a learning workshop or company event
• You’re incredibly organised, have great attention to detail, and love bringing order to busy schedules
• You communicate confidently with people at every level and are someone others enjoy working with
• You take pride in making things happen behind the scenes and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed
• Experience supporting HR or coordinating Learning & Development is a bonus, but just as important is your willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever you’re needed
