Detailed Job Description:

  • $110,000 + super
  • Sports organisation
  • Sydney CBD | Fully in office

  • The commercial team sits right at the heart of the action, working across major partnerships, sponsorships, events, and new opportunities
  • You’ll support a Head of Commercial who has a lot on their plate and needs an EA who can keep things moving without waiting to be asked
  • Your week could take you from preparing for an important partner meeting to helping coordinate a major event or keeping a new commercial project on track
  • You’ll interact with an interesting mix of people, including senior leaders, commercial partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders
  • The environment is energetic and fast-moving, particularly around key events, so this will suit someone who genuinely enjoys a bit of buzz
  • There’s a strong team mentality here – people are passionate about what they do, work hard, and enjoy celebrating the wins together
  • You’ll be given plenty of ownership and the freedom to become the person your executive and wider team know they can rely on

  • You’re confident dealing with senior stakeholders and know how to represent your executive professionally
  • You’re organised without being rigid and can quickly change direction when priorities move
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and don’t let important follow-ups disappear off the radar
  • You’re happy getting stuck in and helping the wider team when there’s a big event, deadline, or project underway
  • You bring positive energy, good judgement, and a genuinely helpful approach to the people around you

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the Head of Commercial’s busy diary, meetings, and changing priorities
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, correspondence, and day-to-day executive administration
  • Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and briefing materials for commercial discussions

 

  • You’re happy getting stuck in and helping the wider team when there’s a big event, deadline, or project underway
  • You bring positive energy, good judgement, and a genuinely helpful approach to the people around you
