Detailed Job Description:

  • $90,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation
  • Support a progressive and innovative Director through a period of significant change
  • This role requires a proactive individual with plenty of initiative, and the ability to confidently anticipate the needs of an on the go Director

To be successful in this position, you will need superb organisational skills and a military level of precision and detail. As a calm and flexible individual with an unflappable disposition, you can utilise your well-rounded experience to preempt the needs of this Director and take on anything! You will need to be discreet and possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping your own demeanour bubbly, bright and friendly. Without a doubt, you will need to have previous experience supporting a vibrant Senior Executive in a fast-paced environment, where you can confidently take ownership of both professional and personal support responsibilities.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Take charge across all diary and meeting scheduling, navigating any conflicts and confidently prioritising meetings for a variety of staff, beneficiaries and stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality, trust, and absolute discretion at all times as you will be privy to sensitive personal and professional information across the business
  • Be trusted to complete private personal assistant responsibilities for this Director across a variety of social, family and ad hoc requests

 

  • Utilise your honed attention to detail skills and draft all written correspondence on behalf of this Director, matching the company tone and style a variety of matters and topics in a concise manner
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of this business and become the effective gateway to this Director, building strong relationships with all staff, Board, beneficiaries, stakeholders and investors
