Detailed Job Description:

  • $100,000 + super
  • Property industry
  • Sydney CBD | Fully in office

  • You’re a strong Administrator, Team Assistant, or developing EA ready for your next move
  • You have solid administration experience and are looking for more responsibility and ownership
  • You’re organised, switched on and naturally good at keeping track of the details
  • You’re proactive and comfortable figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions
  • You can manage competing priorities and stay calm when the day suddenly changes
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of people
  • You’re reliable and take pride in following things through from start to finish
  • You enjoy being busy, helping others and being the person people know they can depend on
  • You’re keen to learn and excited by the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded EA

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, and appointments, keeping their day organised and on track
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries, and meeting logistics, making sure everything is organised ahead of time
  • Stay across requests, actions, and follow-ups, helping the Director keep on top of competing priorities

 

  • Prepare documents, presentations, meeting materials, and general correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, becoming a reliable point of contact for the Director
  • Support wider administration and property-related projects, getting involved wherever an extra pair of hands is needed
