What is unique about you?

As an accomplished C-Suite Executive Assistant with experience supporting COOs and other senior executives, you have a deep understanding of the unique needs of each executive and their respective business units. Recognised for your appreciation of working with executives who value quick decision-making and progressive leadership, your approach is complemented by your high emotional intelligence, allowing you to accurately assess and anticipate the needs and working style of the COO and their wider team. This results in an adaptive and cohesive working relationship, ensuring seamless support and collaboration.

A skilled communicator and relationship builder, you recognise the importance of fostering strong connections with fellow EAs and key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will involve frequent interaction with the executive leadership team, board members, and the CEO, where your high-level communication skills will be crucial. Beyond providing essential support as the COO’s trusted right hand, you are a key contributor to company-wide social initiatives and employee engagement plans. Your ability to build strong relationships and support leadership adds significant value to the overall success and culture of the organisation.

Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that every message is clear, impactful, and delivered with precision, strengthening your influence at the highest levels. You thrive in managing competing priorities with a proactive, flexible approach and handle unpredictable schedules with grace. For you, each challenge is an opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and adaptability.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Oversee full management of the COO’s diary and inbox, handling a complex schedule of internal and external meetings, prioritising key stakeholders, and ensuring timely drafting and coordination of correspondence
  • Full end to end management of all travel coordination, including accommodation, transport, entertainment and expense reporting
  • Prepare, draft, and review high-quality documents for Board, committee, and executive meetings, including action items, briefing notes, and other essential information, ensuring accuracy and clarity

 

  • Create impactful slide packs for monthly town hall meetings by gathering relevant data, designing visually engaging presentations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging; additionally
  • Facilitate monthly credit card reconciliations and expenses for the COO, direct reports, and wider team, ensuring accuracy, timely submissions, and compliance with company policies
