You are an Executive Assistant who thrives on the high energy of a large organisation and who enjoys finding yourself moving with the pace of a busy environment. Your attention to detail is second to none and your communication skills (both written and verbally) are close to perfection. The ability to use your initiative to solve problems and a task-driven mindset are part of your established skillset. You look forward to being the lynch pin to your senior executive’s office and have pride in your work ethic. You are capable of juggling competing priorities without compromising on excellence. Flexibility, efficiency, and a high level of confidentiality are fundamental to succeed in this role. You will be the beating heart of this office and will be trusted to work independently and act on behalf of this business across multiple areas.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. Participate in the Leadership Team meetings coordinating agendas, taking minutes, and distributing deliverables
  • Prepare and carry out communication on behalf of your Executive with excellent level of attention to detail

 

  • Oversee the Executive expense management – reconciling credit card expenditures, coordinating offshore document execution, filing bank statements, regulatory filings, and other financial elements
  • Keep all client information up to date via the CRM and assist consultants in the preparation and delivery of information as requested from clients and prospective customers
