At the heart of this office, you’ll serve as the hub, empowered to act independently, and represent the business across diverse spheres. Your role as the cornerstone embodies responsibility and reliability, driving the office forward with unwavering dedication.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer as needed, such as personal errands, household management, or family-related tasks
  • Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling meetings across time zones. Preparing board meetings, coordinating agendas, taking minutes, and distributing deliverables
  • Prepare and carry out communication on behalf of your Executive with excellent level of attention to detail

 

  • Prioritise incoming requests, inquiries and tasks, filtering and delegating as appropriate to ensure the CEO’s focus remains on high priority matters
  • Coordinate special events, dinners and meetings for VIP guests ensuring impeccable hospitality and services
