Detailed Job Description:

  • $55 per hour + Superannuation
  • Embark on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO of an international company for a 6-week annual leave position
  • Enjoy a flexible 3:2 working arrangement in this traditional C-Suite EA role

As an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO, you bring a wealth of experience and a calm demeanour, especially when operating in high-demand environments and supporting C-suite executives. Your strong communication skills enable you to listen actively, capture key information, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics effectively. With high emotional intelligence (EQ), you manage expectations diplomatically and handle potential pushback with ease.

Your detail-oriented and meticulous nature ensures effective management of the CEO’s international calendar and inbox, you excel in taking and summarising meeting minutes. Your flexibility and adaptability are vital, as the role occasionally requires working outside typical 9-5 hours for global EXCO meetings.

Maintaining confidentiality and discretion is paramount, securing the CEO’s trust. You exhibit a professional demeanour, adhere to corporate attire standards, and provide supportive and accommodating assistance. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to interact professionally with board members and high-level stakeholders, ensuring seamless and sensitive communication.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Organise and manage the CEOs schedule, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries, ensuring alignment with board and committee obligations
  • Attend the Executive Committee meeting to take accurate and comprehensive minutes, summarising key discussions, decisions, and action items
  • Draft, edit, and meticulously format a wide array of confidential documents, reports, presentations and correspondence on behalf of the CEO

 

  • Manage and process expense reports ensuring accuracy, adherence to company policies, and timely reimbursement
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the executive, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and any necessary accommodations, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience
