Detailed Job Description:

  • $110,000 + Superannuation
  • A dynamic business & personal partnership role within a forward-thinking company poised for significant growth!
  • Collaborate with the CEO across their multiple businesses, engaging with high-profile stakeholders

In this role, you’ll partner closely with a CEO overseeing multiple business entities and holding Director & CEO roles. Your main focus will be supporting a pioneering and innovative technology platform with a global backing and plans for interstate growth! Situated in Parramatta, you’ll be aiding a composed, steady, and thoughtful CEO, who values trust and support to advance the business’s vision. This role requires flexibility and openness to adapt through various stages of the business and CEO’s professional and personal needs. A snapshot of your role…

  • Extensive planning and execution of international travel for the CEO, wider team, stakeholders and family. Ensure comprehensive itineraries encompass all aspects, from accommodation and transportation to entertainment and individual preferences
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across all business entities, serving as a trusted partner to the CEO. Employ effective decision-making and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
  • Expertly manage both personal and business diaries, meticulously overseeing commitments and engagements with precision and thoroughness

 

  • Oversee monthly expense tracking and ensure accurate reconciliation of credit card statements
  • Facilitate board interactions and preparation, encompassing meeting scheduling, minute-taking, compilation of meeting packs, and distribution
