Detailed Job Description:

  • $60 per hour + super
  • Management Consultancy
  • Sydney CBD | 3-month contract

  • You’ve supported CEOs or C-suite executives in previous corporate environments
  • You bring exceptional professionalism, poise and executive presence
  • You’re calm under pressure and never lose sight of the detail
  • Your communication skills are polished, confident and articulate
  • You anticipate needs before they’re asked and solve problems proactively
  • You’re highly organised with impeccable time management
  • You build trusted relationships and handle confidential matters with absolute discretion

A snapshot of your role…

  • Preparing board papers, presentations and executive correspondence
  • Acting as the key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
  • Keeping priorities moving while managing multiple competing deadlines

 

  • Managing an ever-changing executive diary and complex scheduling
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
