A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing a complex and fast-moving schedule while ensuring priorities are aligned and executed effectively
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO, leadership team, clients, and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, presentations, reports, and briefing materials, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared and positioned for success

 

  • Support strategic business initiatives, leadership projects, and key events by driving actions, tracking deliverables, and maintaining momentum across priorities
  • Bring structure, organisation, and continuous improvement to the executive office, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
