  • You’re highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • You’re known for your exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver with accuracy and professionalism

  • You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships quickly

A snapshot of your role…

  • Providing high-level support to the CEO across a constantly evolving and demanding schedule
  • End-to-end diary, inbox, and stakeholder management, ensuring priorities are handled seamlessly
  • Coordinating Board and Committee meetings including agendas, board papers, minutes, and follow-up actions

 

  • Preparing executive presentations, reports, briefing packs, and key business communications
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO, senior leadership team, and external stakeholders while bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-paced environment
