Executive Assistant to CEO

Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 + per annum
  • Career enhancing role within a high profile, global stage company supporting their CEO!
  • Embark on an exciting new chapter by relocating to the United Kingdom!

What makes this company unique?

As we approach the final quarter of 2024, we’re thrilled to present what may be the year’s most exciting opportunity we have partnered with – one that requires relocation to the United Kingdom! While bound by strict confidentiality agreements that limit what we can disclose at this stage, we believe this role represents a once-in-a-lifetime chance for an exceptional Executive Assistant willing to embrace an international move.

This role is based in the United Kingdom, just outside London, and is not a remote position. We welcome applications from Australians with UK passports, those eligible for a two-year Working Holiday Visa (under 35), or individuals returning to the UK. It’s a unique opportunity to relocate and transition into a role as Executive Assistant to a globally known CEO of a high-profile company within an exciting industry.

As part of an elite team of C-Suite Executive Assistants, you’ll be on-site, involved in traditional executive support, high-profile project management, and private personal assistance responsibilities. This position offers the chance to work on a global stage, supporting a top-level CEO in a dynamic and prestigious brand.

This hands-on role offers unmatched career growth and international exposure. While confidentiality limits full disclosure, we offer a unique opportunity to elevate your career by supporting a prominent CEO in an exciting industry of global renown—all while embarking on a new chapter in the UK!

What is unique about you?

Adaptability defines your approach as a brilliant Executive Assistant, seamlessly transitioning between private and business matters. With an impeccable eye for detail, you effortlessly shift gears from strategic planning to collaborative teamwork. Thriving in a team environment, you work closely with other Executive Assistants, embodying a collective spirit and recognising that success stems from shared efforts. Due to the scope of the role, you’re comfortable with occasional shift work and weekend availability, always keeping your focus on delivering results and supporting the team.

Your sharp intellect and well-developed emotional intelligence make you the ideal match for a brilliant, analytical CEO. You quickly grasp new concepts, turning ideas into reality with swift, efficient action. Communication is where you truly shine – confidently handling high-level external liaisons and nurturing key relationships comes naturally to you.

An exceptional ability to absorb and recall information keeps you in perfect step with a leader who values precision and factual accuracy. Bringing a unique blend of technical understanding and interpersonal skills, you navigate complex scenarios with ease, whether solving problems or interacting with executives.

Your mental agility allows you to align seamlessly with different thinking styles, particularly those rooted in analytical approaches. As more than just an Executive Assistant, you see yourself as a strategic partner, prepared to provide strong support and valuable insights. You’re ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment that demands top-tier performance.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Full ownership of an exceptionally complex and ever-changing calendar and inbox, managing a demanding schedule of international meetings across multiple time zones. Efficiently coordinating back-to-back professional and personal engagements
  • Strategic email management and communication, acting as a key liaison on behalf of the executive. Prioritise and filter high-volume correspondence, draft and respond to emails as needed, and ensure timely and accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Expert management of extensive and multi-stop global travel arrangements, meticulously coordinating accommodation, flights, visas and door to door transport services in line with preferences and business priorities

  • Personal and private support responsibilities, providing a high level of discretion and flexibility in managing any aspect of the CEO’s personal life
  • Facilitate all aspects of board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing detailed agendas, compiling and distributing board packs, and coordinating follow-up actions

Does this sound like your dream role? Don’t delay in submitting your CV!

Please be advised that, due to the nature of this role and its location in the UK, only candidates with the relevant visa, UK passport, or valid right to work in the UK will be considered
