Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 + superannuation
  • Flexible 4:1 Office – Work-from-Home Arrangement, Supporting a High-Profile CEO

If you’re a meticulous Executive Assistant with a demonstrated history of efficiently managing intricate schedules, this position is tailor-made for you! We seek an organisational maestro capable of seamlessly orchestrating day-to-day logistics for the CEO and various senior stakeholders, each with their distinct preferences. Exhibiting robust emotional intelligence and adeptness at reading situations is paramount for anticipating and strategising your next moves. Your innate knack for troubleshooting, proactive initiative, and creative problem-solving will be pivotal to thrive in this role. You exude professionalism, take ownership of your work, and consistently uphold elevated standards. Moreover, this role involves substantial involvement in stakeholder engagement, event management, and communication initiatives, adding an exciting dimension to its traditional duties.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Successfully navigate a complex schedule including frequent liaison with senior stakeholders both in and out of the business
  • Produce high quality reports, documents, and meeting minutes, Including drafting documentation on behalf of the CEO
  • High volume inbox and general correspondence management, actioning what you can and appropriately flagging other items in priority order

 

  • Some personal support as necessary for the CEO for items that naturally intertwine with professional activities
  • Seamlessly co-ordinate business functions, events, lunches etc. with senior personnel from across Australia
