Detailed Job Description:

  • $60 per hour + super
  • Technology
  • Sydney CBD | Immediate start

  • You have excellent judgement and know when to take initiative and when to keep your Directors informed.
  • You’re highly organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • You bring energy and personality to the workplace and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
  • You’re ambitious, switched on and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic business.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide high level support to ambitious Directors, keeping their days organised, focused and running seamlessly.
  • Own a busy and ever-changing diaries, managing priorities and ensuring the Directors are always one step ahead.
  • Act as a trusted right hand, handling everything from emails and meetings through to projects and ad hoc priorities.

 

  • Be across the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture, anticipating what needs to happen before being asked.
  • Become an integral part of a fast moving business, bringing energy, organisation and initiative to everything you do.
