A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage schedules for numerous partners and coordinate company-wide meetings for internal appointments and stakeholder meetings
  • Supervise the reconciliation of monthly invoices and expenses, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and forecasted budgets
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meticulously addressing all logistical requirements including transport, accommodation, entertainment and individual preferences

 

  • Develop and monitor company timelines for Executive team projects, conducting comprehensive high-level research when necessary
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging exceptional communication skills
