A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide proactive, confidential executive support to senior consulting leaders, including complex calendar, inbox, and priority management
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings end-to-end, including logistics, travel, presentations, and high-quality documentation
  • Act as the face of the Sydney office, delivering a polished, professional experience for clients, stakeholders, and visitors

 

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, suppliers, IT coordination, and ensuring a seamless workplace environment
  • Support team operations and growth, including onboarding, internal events, and broader administrative support across the business
