Executive Assistant/Family Office Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 + super
  • Family Office
  • Sydney CBD | 5 day a week in office

What makes this company unique?

  • No two days are the same here. Priorities shift, new projects pop up, and there’s always something interesting happening
  • You’ll be working alongside a busy Director who has a lot on their plate and is looking for someone they can genuinely lean on
  • The business is continuing to grow, making it a great time to come on board and establish yourself as a key member of the team
  • You’ll have plenty of autonomy to make the role your own. If you see a better way of doing something, you’ll be encouraged to run with it
  • This Director values honesty, good judgement, and someone who’s happy to speak up with ideas
  • It’s the kind of opportunity where you’ll quickly become an invaluable part of the business and see the difference your work makes

What is unique about you?

  • You’ve supported a senior executive before and know how to stay one step ahead and keep their life organised
  • You’re polished, approachable, and communicate well with everyone, whether it’s clients, suppliers, or senior stakeholders
  • You thrive on variety and don’t mind if your day heads in a completely different direction than you expected
  • You’re naturally organised and like finding better ways of doing things rather than just sticking with what’s always been done
  • You stay calm when things get busy, can juggle competing priorities, and never let the ball drop
  • You’re someone people instinctively rely on. You follow things through, use your initiative, and you’re at your happiest when you know you’re making someone else’s life easier

A snapshot of your role…

  • Be the person keeping one step ahead of the Director’s diary, meetings, and constantly shifting priorities, making sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Build great relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence, making sure everything leaving the office is polished and professional

  • Help bring more structure to the day-to-day, spotting opportunities to improve processes and keep things running smoothly
  • Pitch in wherever needed across the business, taking on a broad mix of executive assistance, coordination, and project work
