With your previous experience supporting at a C-suite level in a busy and fast-paced environment you will excel in the role, utilising your abundant energy and exceptional people skills to thrive.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage the extremely busy diary of 2 executives to make sure their schedule is running efficiently
  • Organise complex and extensive domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Prepare committee reports, create presentations, undertake research, draft communications and compile cost spreadsheets

 

  • Utilise excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional integrity at all times
