What is unique about you?

As an Executive Assistant at the top of their game, you will thrive in a dynamic, ever evolving and exciting role. Supporting Department Heads within the Customer and Sales teams means instantaneous turn arounds and using your proactive nature. Your communication skills will need to be honed, charismatic and effective when liaising with clients, stakeholders and on behalf of the CEO. Going beyond diary management, you will be analytic, decisive and a natural problem solver, setting expectations and understanding needs. Team culture is huge and showcasing your authentic self is key – as a friendly, highly personable and switched-on individual, you can build solid relationships with your Executives and work in partnership to support crucial business areas. Although initially a temp position, this role has a high focus on transitioning to a permanent position.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Coordinate and manage multiple calendars, proactively assess priorities of a high-volume CEO diary and organise the logistics of various meetings, in person, remotely and internationally
  • Oversee all travel arrangements, itineraries and requirements for interstate and international travel
  • Take ownership of high-level executive event management for different areas of the business

 

  • Build relationships with key company stakeholders and become a true right hand to this CEO
  • Manage monthly expenses and credit card reconciliations maintaining high attention to detail and utmost confidentiality
