Detailed Job Description:

  • $110,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation
  • Sydney CBD location
  • Oversee the management of this close-knit office with your proactive, organised approach

Taking ownership over office operations, and implementing procedures and systems that will help facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency. This fast-paced and energetic role will require you to use your past experience as a reliable Executive Assistant along with your proven ability to manage multiple priorities whilst remaining calm under pressure. You can effortlessly demonstrate your effective planning and organisation skills, utilising your ability to meet various competing deadlines with the flexibility to respond to and balance changing priorities. With your positive and personable approach, you can naturally influence and communicate across all levels of the business. As a true team player, you will effortlessly fit into the culture of this supportive company. With killer attention to detail, you will value the small tasks as much as the high-level work. This dynamic role, will suit your organised nature as a multitasker, acting as the office “go-to” person, providing support across the business.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Support the CEO with EA responsibilities, including full diary management, complex travel arrangements, agenda preparation and meeting preparations
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries to establish priorities and facilitate smooth communication of outcomes on behalf of the CEO
  • Plan and oversee office-wide events, team building socials, company celebrations, anniversaries and any ad hoc team or office needs

 

  • Ensure office facilities are maintained, and all stationery, equipment, and IT needs are catered for, occasionally liaising with building management when required
  • Be the first point of contact for all clients, prepare the office for meetings with all AV equipment, arranging lunches and refreshments as required
