Detailed Job Description:

  • $95,000 + Superannuation
  • Flexible work environment – 1:4 Hybrid working model
  • Contribute to the Department Heads success and work proactively with their teams, building effective relationships!

With four Heads of Departments, you will become a welcomed member of four very different and supportive teams (each team will argue their own merit fiercely). What is unique about you?

Empowering four Department Heads will require your proven Executive Assistant experience in a similar environment or multiple support role! As an administrative partner to remote Heads, your tech skills and confidence in using online platforms will be key in ensuring communication and updates are regularly maintained. Working across multiple business units, you are comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information and are effective in your multitasking and prioritising ability.

Although an in-depth role, your attention to detail and accuracy never falters, the little things are remembered, and your organisational tools are employed. This role at times will require you to work autonomously, self-guide and rely on your honed experience to make decisions and take action appropriately. As a key figure, you will create lasting relationships and collaborative connections – you are more than happy to work with the big picture in mind, enhancing company initiatives and success.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage complex diaries of four Directors, scheduling various internal and external interstate, remote and in-house meetings
  • Assist with client meeting preparation; including document review and collation, presentation notes and any required research
  • Contribute to internal team activities, organise celebrations, gifts, on and offsite events

 

  • End-to-end management of travel logistics, arrangements and itineraries for interstate travel for Heads and their reports
  • Help with a wide range of business unit administrative tasks including expenses, company projects and other interesting tasks
