Executive Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • $150,000 + super
  • Property investment
  • Sydney CBD | Fully office-based

What makes this company unique?

  • This is one of those opportunities that could completely change the direction of your career! Take the skills you’ve built as an EA and use them as the springboard into something entirely new
  • Step into the world of property investment, working across an established portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and retail assets
  • This is a role built around people as much as property! You’ll get to know tenants, agents, contractors, and partners and become someone they genuinely enjoy dealing with
  • You won’t be watching from the sidelines. You’ll work closely with experienced senior people, learning how the portfolio operates and getting closer to the decisions as your knowledge grows
  • There’s plenty to keep things interesting! From tenant conversations and property visits to leasing activity, projects, budgets, and reporting, your days will rarely look the same
  • You’ll have the chance to really get to know the assets, understand what’s happening within them, and see firsthand how strong relationships and smart decisions come together
  • Best of all, there’s somewhere for this role to go. As your knowledge develops, so will your ownership, responsibility, and earning potential

What is unique about you?

  • You’re an accomplished Executive Assistant who knows you have plenty more to offer and is excited by the idea of putting your skills to work in a completely different arena
  • People are your thing! You build rapport easily, read different personalities well, and know how to turn day-to-day interactions into strong, trusted relationships
  • You’re commercially switched on and naturally curious. You like understanding how things work, why decisions are made, and what’s happening behind the scenes
  • You’ve had some exposure to budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, or similar in a previous role, giving you the financial grounding to confidently step into this space
  • You’re confident dealing with all kinds of people, from senior executives to tenants, agents, contractors, and external partners
  • You’re someone who naturally takes ownership. If something needs chasing, coordinating, resolving, or simply getting done, you’re already thinking two steps ahead
  • You’re brilliant at joining the dots! You can keep track of multiple conversations, priorities, dates, and details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • You have a sharp eye for detail, plenty of common sense, and the judgement to know when something needs your attention
  • Property experience isn’t essential. What matters is that you bring the relationship skills, commercial curiosity, financial grounding, and genuine appetite to learn

A snapshot of your role…

  • Build strong relationships with tenants, getting to know their businesses and becoming a trusted point of contact across the portfolio
  • Work closely with senior leadership, gaining firsthand exposure to property investment and gradually taking ownership of more asset-level matters
  • Get involved across leasing activity, renewals, property projects, market information, and conversations with external agents

  • Keep your finger on the pulse across multiple assets, staying across key dates, actions, documentation, and everything happening in between
  • Get out and about! Visit properties, meet tenants, and work closely with agents, contractors, and other partners
  • Gain exposure to budgets, reporting, and property performance, using the financial skills you already have while building plenty of new ones

Does this sound like your dream role? Don’t delay in submitting your CV!
