Executive Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • $150,000 + super + bonus
  • Tech Industry
  • Sydney | Hybrid working

What makes this company unique?

  • Join a successful technology business where there is always something happening – new ideas, changing priorities, and plenty to keep you interested
  • There’s very little hand-holding here! You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and make sensible decisions
  • The people are bright, capable, and curious, but also down to earth and approachable
  • This is a business that attracts seriously impressive people, giving you the chance to work alongside individuals who are experts in what they do
  • You’ll be joining a company that continues to evolve, meaning there’s a real sense of momentum and excitement about what’s ahead

What is unique about you?

  • You’re the EA who just gets it. You read situations quickly, understand what’s needed, and rarely need something explained twice
  • You have a brilliant radar for priorities! You can look at ten competing requests and instinctively know which one needs attention first
  • You’re naturally resourceful. Your first instinct is to find the answer, make the connection, or come up with a solution rather than ask what to do next
  • You’re incredibly organised, but you’re not precious about your plans. Things change, diaries move, priorities shift, and you simply recalibrate and keep going
  • You know how to work with busy, intelligent people. You’re confident enough to speak up but perceptive enough to know when not to
  • You have that rare ability to be across it all without making it look difficult
  • You’ve got great instincts! You know when to chase, when to remind, when to push back, and when something simply needs to be handled without making a fuss

A snapshot of your role…

  • Take charge of a diary that rarely stands still, making smart calls on priorities and ensuring the Chief of Staff’s time is used well
  • Connect the dots across meetings, conversations, and commitments, knowing what needs chasing and what needs to happen next
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, creating seamless itineraries and travelling internationally alongside the Chief of Staff on occasion

  • Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, teams, and external stakeholders
  • Make sure the Chief of Staff walks into every important meeting ready to go, with the right information, context, and preparation

Don’t hesitate to submit your resume!
