  • Step into a renowned business with a reputation for excellence and innovation
  • Multiple business activities and global scope – plenty happening behind the scenes!
  • A high energy environment! Things move quickly, ideas are welcomed, and people are encouraged to think differently and question the norms
  • You’ll work alongside the best in the industry, the bright and brilliant and equally grounded
  • The CEO’s office has a team of exceptional talent, from the COS to personal assistants and operational directors. You will be an integral part of the CEO suite.

  • You have exceptional judgement. You know what needs the CEO’s attention, what you can handle yourself, and what can wait
  • You have an incredible eye for detail. Whether it’s a meeting, relationship, travel movement, deadline, or conversation from three weeks ago, very little gets past you
  • You’re polished and articulate. You have the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders, all while adapting your style to whomever is in front of you
  • Pressure doesn’t change how you operate. Last-minute changes, competing priorities, and unexpected problems are simply part of the job. You remain calm and unflappable throughout
  • You’re low ego and highly collaborative. You’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are operating alongside senior leaders
  • You’re completely comfortable operating independently and making calls without needing reassurance or constant sign-off
  • You have warmth and personality! You take your role seriously without taking yourself too seriously, and you enjoy working with people who can have a laugh

A snapshot of your role…

  • Own an incredibly busy and constantly evolving CEO’s diary, understanding the priorities behind the schedule and making judgement calls accordingly
  • Stay several steps ahead across meetings, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups, ensuring the CEO is prepared for what’s coming before it reaches them
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, regularly travelling alongside in support of the CEO (approximately once a month)

  • Act as a key point of connection between the CEO and senior internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and keeping communication moving
  • Work in close partnership with the CEO’s PA, sharing information and ensuring complete alignment across business and personal commitments
  • Take ownership of the moving pieces around the CEO, anticipating issues, solving problems independently and making sure absolutely nothing falls through the cracks
