Detailed Job Description:

  • $50–$60 per hour + super
  • Assignments ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months
  • Sydney CBD and surrounding areas| Fully in office

  • Some are short and sweet, covering annual leave or a busy period, while others will run for several months
  • Support senior executives and leadership teams where you’ll be trusted to hit the ground running and keep things moving
  • If you’re on a Working Holiday Visa, these roles are a great way to get Australian experience under your belt and work with some brilliant Sydney businesses
  • Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are equally encouraged to apply; and some assignments offer the potential to transition into a permanent role
  • Whether you’re between permanent roles, new to Sydney, or simply love the variety of temping, we’d love to hear from you!

What is unique about you?

  • You’re an experienced EA who can walk into a new environment and quickly find your feet
  • Your background is ideally within professional services, legal, finance, or another corporate environment
  • Attention to detail comes naturally and you’re someone who notices the little things
  • You’re reliable. You take your commitments seriously, and if you say you’ll be there, your team knows they can count on you
  • You can manage a busy diary and keep on top of changing priorities
  • You’re confident dealing with senior stakeholders and different personalities
  • You use your initiative and don’t need someone checking in on you constantly
  • You’re friendly, adaptable and happy to help with whatever needs doing

A snapshot of your role…

  • Executive support: Manage busy diaries, meetings, appointments, and changing priorities
  • Travel coordination: Organise domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
  • Meeting support: Prepare agendas, documents, presentations, and meeting materials

 

  • Stakeholder management: Liaise confidently with senior leaders, clients, and internal teams
  • Day-to-day organisation: Keep actions, expenses, correspondence, and administration firmly on track
