Detailed Job Description:

  • $90,000 + super
  • Financial services firm
  • Sydney CBD | Fully office-based

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage busy and ever-changing diaries, keeping multiple Managers organised and across their priorities
  • Coordinate client and internal meetings, preparing documents and making sure everything is ready ahead of time
  • Stay across emails, requests, and follow-ups, taking ownership of actions and keeping things moving

 

  • Keep Managers one step ahead of client deadlines, upcoming commitments, and outstanding tasks
  • Support with client correspondence, document preparation, and confidential information
  • Assist with wider team administration, including billing coordination, ATO and ASIC requirements, and client records
