Detailed Job Description:

  • $150,000 + super
  • Finance company
  • Sydney CBD | Fully office-based

  • You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who knows how to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat
  • You have exceptional judgement and understand the importance of discretion when handling confidential business and personal matters
  • You’re naturally proactive and don’t wait to be asked. You spot problems before they happen and enjoy finding solutions
  • You’re calm under pressure, adaptable, and happy switching between strategic EA support and rolling up your sleeves with whatever is needed
  • You’re the person people rely on. You follow things through, communicate well, and genuinely enjoy making someone else’s life easier

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide seamless executive support to two Directors, keeping busy schedules organised and priorities on track
  • Oversee complex travel arrangements, ensuring every detail is planned from start to finish
  • Manage a broad range of personal support, creating more time and headspace for your Directors

 

  • Coordinate projects, board papers, presentations, and key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Act as the central point of coordination between the Directors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth follow-through
