Detailed Job Description:

  • $55 per hour + super

  • Sydney CBD | 3-month contract

A snapshot of your role…

  • Providing seamless EA support to senior executives with ever-changing diaries and priorities
  • Managing complex calendars, meetings and travel across multiple stakeholders
  • Preparing presentations, board papers and polished correspondence

 

  • Acting as the key point of contact, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Keeping everything running behind the scenes so your executives can perform at their best
