  • You are Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office and coordination skills
  • You are available immediately and excited to jump into a dynamic temp opportunity

A snapshot of your role…

  • Extensive diary, meeting and travel coordination for senior executives
  • End-to-end support across exciting events, activations and client projects
  • Managing inboxes, presentations and day-to-day executive administration

 

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating team meetings, logistics and event schedules
  • Providing proactive support in a fast-paced, creative agency environment
