Detailed Job Description:

  • Immediate start for proven EA to step into a diverse role
  • 3-6 month contract in accessible CBD location
  • Provide 1:1 support in a supportive team environment

  • You are calm under pressure and love a dynamic environment
  • You are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail across all areas of your work
  • You are a natural problem solver who is always 2 steps ahead!
  • You are confident liaising at all levels including managing senior stakeholders
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills and an ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • You are professional, polished and approachable, you love what you do!

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage a complex diary and coordinate full inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and itineraries with all associated documents, agendas and ad hoc items
  • Prepare high level presentations, reports and correspondence

 

  • Supporting projects, team coordination and ad hoc support as needed
  • Act as a key point of contact, respond to queries, where possible and effectively manage your time
